How far in advance should I request an experience?
Please submit event requests at least four weeks before your preferred date. Requests with less notice are considered as availability allows.

Are books included in the price?
Books and shipping are not included in the price. Books and shipping are purchased separately. Signed books can be arranged before your event. A book purchase is not required to schedule a visit.

Do you travel outside your local area?
Yes, subject to availability. In-person rates include travel within 30 driving miles each way of my departure location. Additional travel and any required lodging are quoted before booking.

Can my school or organization request an invoice?
Yes. Use the contact form to request an invoice or discuss purchase-order arrangements. Payment terms and booking requirements are confirmed before your event.

When is my event date confirmed?
Your date is confirmed once the booking agreement is signed and any required deposit or approved payment arrangements are in place. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date.

Can we record a virtual visit or presentation?
Recording, livestreaming to an additional audience, or sharing a replay requires advance written permission and may involve an additional fee. I also require a copy of the recording for business use.
